Ambree's Baptism

Ambree was baptized by Ray on Saturday the 7th of February. It was an amazing day... Her Dad baptized her and all the family and friends were there. She was very excited and nervous. I think she was most nervous about her talk with the bishop, because her older sisters said she was going to fail the interview. Doesn't that sound just like big sisters... I am very grateful and proud of Ambree and her decision to become a member of The Church of Jesus Christ. I am also very thankful for a wonderful husband that holds the priesthood, and loves and leads our family. Your awesome Ray.

So here is a picture of my great family. Schuyler(4), myself(?), Courtney(18), Ray(33), Ambree(8) and ShayLee(10). Ray said I had to get a picture of myself on my blog. sp here it is. I am usually very happy being behind the camera. I had to hold Schuyler to even get him in the picture. If any of you have or have had a 4 year old you know what i mean when i say, they are never still. He even walks and talks in his sleep. We often laugh because he will talk to us when he is sleeping. I love him. There is never a day that he doesn't amaze me, at how smart he is and funny. The next grad event in the extended family will be Kathleens wedding to Todd. We are excited about that to take place on March 6th 2009...

Well this is my first Blog, so lets see how it goes. The main reason I am trying this is to become a little more computer literate. Ray has had to help me with most of this so far. The only thing i really like to do is play games on the computer. I can check my email and download my pictures. We will have to see how this goes.

This weekend has been a lot of fun. Ambree turned 8. Man how time flies... She is really excited to be getting baptized in a few weeks. And to finally get to go to activity days with ShayLee, although Shay Lee isn't as excited about that, as Ambree is. We had Ambree's party at Snip Its. It a new hair salon just for kids. It is located By Sonic in Layton. Fun Fun Fun... If you are looking for a great place to go, this is it. I took Schuyler over for a hair cut and they did a great little boy cut, which i have found hard to find. They did all the little girls hair and they dressed up, got to pick out there own make up and learned to put it on, and got a doll head to learn to do hair on and they all got to take them home. It was great because i didn't have to clean any of it up....

Ambree is still loving to dress up and do make-up and her finger nails. I love that she is still my little girl. We just had her parent teacher conference and she is doing awesome in 2nd grade. Her teacher Mrs. Goddard at Syracuse Arts Academy could not say enough nice things about Ambree. She is reading at a 4th grade reading level and has one more timed math test to pass and she gets to move on to multiplication. She is a great friend and helper in class with all the kids. I think all the little girls had a great time. I love having Ambree in our home she keeps us all going . She is so sweet and she always hugs me and tells me she loves me. I am so Happy that she is doing so well in school and dance and tumbling. I love you Bee Bee, you will always be mommy's baby girl.

Love is...
